Eriel Indigo - Innocence

Introducing Los Angeles-based indie-pop singer/songwriter, designer and activist Eriel Indigo, who utilizes arts and performance as a vehicle to promote well-being, productive rebellion, intentional evolution and healing of communal consciousness. Recently, Eriel unveiled the music video for her first single "Innocence", directed by Ryan Gregory Phillips. "Innocence" is an epic, angelic anthem that serves as the first session in a twelve-part episodic music film series, openly establishing a new vision for life and pop culture on Earth; one that will introduce the vibrational story behind Eriel's forthcoming debut album, GALACTIVATE.

• Identifying as an Indigo child, Eriel always harbored a hyper-sensitivity to energy, an acute empathy for Earth and her inhabitants and an overwhelming need to create. Music would be the glue to combine all of the artistic elements of her existence; Acting, storytelling, writing, song, dance, visual arts and film. Having true passion for spiritual healing and revolutionary thought, Indigo discovered that her music would become the vessel to manifest these elements, creating an important dialogue and powerful impact through the arts, just like her musical idols before her.
  
  With strong elements of hip hop, EDM, 80's pop, angelic anthem, new school trip hop and indie rock all present in her musical genetics, she delivers a singular sound and style full of layered production, inspired lyrical content and metaphysical exploration. At once playful, childlike and wild, as well as thoughtful, honest and radically inclusive, her intricate lyrics shed light on the honest and outspoken soul behind the voice and inquiries into the current state of our world that we would all be wise to begin asking.
