Among one of the most popular and talented new artists in today's thriving music industry, English singer/songwriter Jess Glynne, who for those of you who may not know by now is the powerhouse vocalist behind Clean Bandit's chart-topping singles, "Rather Be" and "Real Love" as well as Route 94's "My Love" has just unveiled her soulful new single called "Hold My Hand", which follows her incredible debut solo single "Right Here" (video below).
